1. What is the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass/Pack?

50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass/Pack is a limited time offer that enables you to enjoy Unlimited Internet (150GB High-speed + Unlimited Internet capped up to 1Mbps) and free Unlimited Incoming Calls during the Hajj promo.

 

2. Who can sign up for 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass/Pack?

This pass is available for CelcomDigi Postpaid & Prepaid from 17th April until 30th June 2025.

For non-CelcomDigi customers, you may purchase the CelcomDigi Prepaid Hajj Pack from our dealer at Kursus Perdana Haji at Tabung Haji or CelcomDigi Stores nationwide starting from 10th April until 30th June 2025.

               

3. Upon purchase, when does the pass/pack expire?

The validity period for each roaming pass will commence from the point of activation. 

You will get a notification upon roaming pass expiry. The pass validity is as follows:

Note: By purchasing the CelcomDigi Prepaid Hajj Pack, the offering will activate upon first use in Saudi Arabia and will be valid for 1200 hours within a 50-day period. Please ensure that you connect to a Saudi Arabia network within 100 days of activating the SIM card.


4. What is the preferred network operator in Saudi Arabia?

5. If I reached the 150GB High-Speed, can I still enjoy internet while roaming without additional charges?

Yes. You may continue browsing without additional charges. However, your internet speed will reduce to unlimited basic internet capped to up to 1Mbps.

 

6. Can I purchase another roaming pass? What will happen to my existing pass?

Yes you can. Your existing plan will remain active.


7. How to purchase the Hajj Roaming Pass and can I buy it in advance?

You can purchase your roaming pass via Celcom Life & MyDigi App. You can pre-book in advance via MyDigi app. Please refer to the steps below:

Step 3: Click ‘Roaming’ and select the country/region (Saudi Arabia)
Step 4: Click on the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass to purchase
Step 5: Select and confirm the date to activate the roaming pass
Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’

Alternatively, you may purchase it by dialing *800# after arriving at the destination country (no pre-book function in *800#).
MyDigi app
Step 1: Login to the MyDigi app
Step 2: Click ‘Buy Add-Ons’
Step 3: Click ‘Roaming’ and select the country/region (Saudi Arabia)
Step 4: Click on the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass to purchase
Step 5: Select and confirm the date to activate the roaming pass (for MyDigi, the roaming pass can be activated up to 7 days in advance)
Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’

Alternatively, you may purchase it by dialing *800# after arriving at the destination country (no pre-book function in *800#).

 

8. Is the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass automatically renewed, and can I purchase multiple passes?
No, the pass is not automatically renewed upon expiry; you will need to repurchase it. However, you can purchase multiple passes, and the validity periods will run concurrently.


9. Can I use my pass while/if I transit in Singapore or any other country?

No. The 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass is only applicable in Saudi Arabia.

If data usages are detected while you transit to other countries, Daily Internet Roaming will be auto activated for you.


10. Are there any additional add-ons available for this pass?
Yes, you can purchase add-ons for extra data and voice calls:

  • Add-on Data: RM10 @ 5GB (valid for 24 hours)
  • Add-on Voice: RM20 @ 15 minutes (for calls to Malaysia & within Saudi Arabia, valid for 24 hours)

Note: Calls are counted based on 60 second block.


11. What should I do if I encounter issues while roaming?

If you face any issues while roaming, you can reach out to our 24-hour customer support (FOC) through the following channels:
