1. What is the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) unlimited plan?
It’s Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) customisable plan that offers you unlimited data! It also offers you the following for FREE:
- 100 Mins Voice
- 6GB Hotspot
- 20GB PUBG (High-Speed)
- 2GB Roaming Data
But as per usual, you’ll be able to customize your own plan to your own preferences. Slide here to see what your rates could be!
2. What’s new with Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) customisable mobile plans?
We’re now giving you the option to have unlimited data with the option to customize both your data speed and hotspot quota.
3. What do I get with the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) unlimited plan?
The Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) unlimited data plan comes with FREE 2GB roaming data, as well as FREE 100 mins voice and 6GB hotspot.
4. How many types of unlimited plans are there?
Just one! And it’s the type of unlimited plan that is entirely up to you to create!
5. What is the difference between the unlimited plan and the standard plan?
With Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) new unlimited plan, your data is no longer restricted to the quota you select, but instead is unlimited. Additionally, you may customise the speed of your unlimited data as well as select a quota for your hotspot usage. Also, with the unlimited plan, we’ll give you 2GB roaming data for free!
6. Can I use my power pass or data boosters to hotspot on my unlimited plan?
Yes, you can hotspot using the data booster or power pass you purchased, both at high-speed and they won't eat into your hotspot quota at all.
7. Who is eligible for Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) unlimited plan?
The unlimited plan can be purchased by existing customers.
8. How do I switch from my current/ standard plan to the unlimited plan?
Head on over to your dashboard and click on 'Renew/ Change'. Select 'Change Plan' and proceed with changing your data selection to 'Unlimited'.
9. What is the validity of my unlimited plan?
Validity is 30 days from the point of you purchase the plan. We suggest that you turn on 'Auto-Renew' to ensure that your plan renews itself at the end of the validity period.
10. Will any of my data be carried forward onto my new unlimited plan?
No, sorry! It will expire at the end of your validity period; our plans are for 30 days. Or if you renew immediately, your previous balances will be wiped off. So be sure to use up all your data until then, before your new unlimited plan.
11. What happens if I forget to renew my unlimited plan?
Your plan expires, and you will now have to customize a new plan.
12. What can I use my unlimited data for?
You can use it for any kind of Internet surfing, web browsing, social media apps, all apps etc. on your device.
13. Are there any restrictions to my usage of unlimited data?
No restrictions apart from the speed you have selected.
14. How do I see the amount of data that I have used up in my unlimited plan?
If you’ve subscribed to an unlimited data, plan, you can track the amount of data you use from your dashboard, under 'Data Usage'.
15. What is the difference between the two recommended unlimited plans?
Unlimited Bajet comes with a data speed of 3Mbps whereas Unlimited Atas comes with a data speed of 6Mbps.
16. Will I still be able to purchase additional data (and other products)?
Yes, you will. You can still purchase data, voice and SMS boosters, and power passes!
17. I subscribed to an unlimited plan. Can I still buy additional data boosters?
Yes. You may purchase additional (high-speed) data for your current plan by simply clicking on 'Buy More' on your dashboard and selecting the amount of data you need from the slider.
The data you buy will expire at the end of the current period of your current plan. Once you have finished using up the high-speed data quota, your data usage will go back to its unlimited plan speed.
18. I’m on an unlimited Plan, what happens if I buy a power pass?
Your power pass data will be utilized first. Only when that 100GB is finished or when your 1 hour is up, your data usage will then resume on your unlimited data. You are also able to hotspot your power pass data as per usual.
19. I’m on an unlimited plan and I also purchased a YouTube add-on. Will I experience high speed for YouTube?
Yes, you will! The same goes for all other add-ons that you purchase; they will also be at high-speed data.
20. On an unlimited plan, I added more data by buying boosters, but also have purchased a power pass, which would be deducted first when I start consuming data?
Your data usage will be deducted in the following order:
1. Power pass (high-speed data)
2. Data booster (also high-speed)
3. Unlimited data (3Mbps or 6Mbps).
21. Can I use my phone as a hotspot if I subscribe to an unlimited plan?
Yes, but only if you selected a quota amount for your hotspot. If you haven’t selected any hotspot quota, then unfortunately you won’t be able to use your base unlimited data to tether other devices.
22. What should I do if I need to use my phone as a hotspot?
To allow other devices to be tethered to your phone, you should make sure you purchase hotspot quota along with your unlimited data plan or add more on your dashboard under hotspot. You could also purchase a data booster or a power pass and use that to use your phone as a hotspot.
23. I’ve used up my free 6GB hotspot quota. Can I get more?
Absolutely! Simply go to the hotspot section on your dashboard and tap on add to start purchasing additional hotspot quota to tether your devices (1GB, 3GB or 10GB).
Alternatively, you can purchase data boosters and use that data for your hotspot needs!
24. Will I be able to use my unlimited data overseas?
No, you can’t, sorry! Unlimited data is available only for domestic usage. Standard IDD rates and roaming charges apply for overseas usage. But hey, we’ve provided you with 2GB of roaming data exactly for this purpose. Just purchase a Roam Like Home pass to use it.
Your free 2GB roaming data will follow your unlimited plan’s data speed: 3Mbps or 6Mbps depending on which one you selected.
25. How do I enjoy the free 2GB roaming data?
You must first purchase a Roam Like Home pass and once it is activated, your first 2GB usage of data while roaming will be tracked by the roaming data donut, and that 2GB is completely free.
26. On the free 2GB roaming data (part of the unlimited plan), what is the data speed when I roam?
Your free 2GB Roaming Data will follow your unlimited plan’s data speed: 3Mbps or 6Mbps, depending on which one you selected.
27. What happens if I've used up all the 2GB roaming data? How do I get more?
You will need to buy data boosters for more roaming data. Don’t forget to also purchase a Roam Like Home pass to be able to use those data boosters for roaming.
28. I don’t need the 2GB roaming data. Can I remove it?
It’s free! We’re giving it to you. If you don’t want it, just leave it there. No charge!
29. By buying data boosters to be used for roaming, what speed will I be on?
You will be roaming on high-speed data with your data boosters! Do make sure you’ve also purchased a Roam Like Home Pass to use your data boosters for roaming.
30. Can I have other speed options besides 3Mbps and 6Mbps?
Unfortunately for unlimited data, we only offer those two speeds of 3Mbps and 6Mbps now. Of course, you can always purchase data boosters to enjoy high-speed data, or you can also switch from your unlimited plan to a standard, high-speed data plan.
31. I subscribed to unlimited 3Mbps. Can I change to 6Mbps halfway through my plan? I want faster data speed.
Of course you can! You can do this by clicking on 'Renew/Change' on your dashboard and selecting the 'Change Plan' button at the bottom of the screen to start customizing your new plan. You will be able to select 6Mbps speed, and just make sure that you click on 'Change plan now' once you’re done to start enjoying that faster data speed immediately!
32. Can I switch from my unlimited plan to a standard plan?
Of course! Simply head over to your dashboard on the app and click on 'Renew/Change', and then click on the 'Change Plan' button and you can start customizing your standard plan with a quota for your data.
33. I’ve tried unlimited but now I want to change back to the normal, high-speed plan. Can I do it now or do I have to wait till my plan expires?
You don’t have to wait! You can change your plan right now, by clicking on 'Renew/Change' plan on your dashboard. Then, click on the 'Change Plan' button at the bottom of the screen and start customizing your new high-speed plan. Once you’re done with the customization, make sure you click on 'Change plan now' and your new plan will start immediately from that point.
