CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G UV 40 Port-In Offer

1. When is the campaign period? 

The campaign runs from 1st July to 31st December 2025.

 

2. Who is eligible for the RM30 cashback? 

Only customers who port-in to the CelcomDigi Edisi Biru SIM Pack during the campaign period and subscribe to the 5G UV 40 Unlimited plan are eligible.

 

3. Is port-in from non-CelcomDigi operators eligible for this offer? 

Yes. Port-ins from non-CelcomDigi operators are allowed and eligible.

 

4. When will I receive the RM30 cashback? 

RM5 cashback will be credited automatically 5 days after a successful port-in and activation of the 5G UV 40 Unlimited plan.

 

5. How is the cashback given? Is it in cash form?

No. The cashback is given as internet credit (not cash) and will be visible under 'Credit' in the Celcom Life app, with a validity of 33 days.

 

6. How many times can I receive the cashback? 

You can receive a maximum of RM30, given as RM5 per plan renewal, up to 6 times within 6 months from your first eligible port-in. 

 

7. I’m already a CelcomDigi Edisi Kuning user. Can I switch to Edisi Biru and still get cashback? 

No. Port-ins from Digi and Edisi Kuning to Edisi Biru are not eligible for this campaign. 

 

8. What if I port-in but choose a plan other than 5G UV 40 Unlimited? 

You must activate the 5G UV 40 Unlimited plan to be eligible. Other plans do not qualify for cashback.

 

9. What if I’m blacklisted by CelcomDigi? Can I still receive cashback? 

No. If you're blacklisted, you are not eligible for the cashback.


10. Can I transfer the cashback credit to someone else? 

No. The internet credit is non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient. 

 

11. What should I do if I don’t receive my cashback after 5 days?

Please contact CelcomDigi customer service via the app or official website for further assistance. 

 

12. If I renew the 5G UV 40 Unlimited plan multiple times in a month, will I get cashback each time? 

Yes, as long as you haven’t exceeded 6 times within 6 months, you will receive RM5 cashback per eligible renewal.


13. What happens if I don’t use my cashback? 

The cashback (internet credit) will expire automatically after 33 days.

 

14. What happens to my cashback balance if I upgrade to a postpaid plan? 

The cashback is non-transferable and non-convertible. Any remaining balance will be forfeited when upgrading to a postpaid plan.
