FAQ: Google x PUBG Mobile Campaign

1. What is this promotion?
Reload PUBG Mobile in-game credits of 1,500 UC (RM115) or more via the Google Play Store in a single transaction and pay with Celcom or Digi billing to receive one free in-game item, subject to terms and conditions.
2. When is the campaign period?
From 4th June 2025 to 30th June 2025, while stocks last.
All CelcomDigi subscribers residing in Malaysia are eligible to participate in this campaign, except the following:
- Postpaid subscribers with overdue bills or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Prepaid subscribers with insufficient prepaid credits or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Non-Android and non-Google Play Store users.
4. Is this promotion applicable across all platforms?
No, this promotion is only valid for participants who purchase PUBG Mobile game credits via the Google Play Store and pay using CelcomDigi's direct operator billing.
5. What are the selected PUBG Mobile game credit denominations for this campaign?
1,500UC, 3,000UC and 6,000UC.
6. How will I know if I have received the PUBG Mobile in-game item?
Participants who meet all campaign criteria will receive a voucher code via SMS within 7 hours. If you do not receive the code, it means either the campaign requirements were not fulfilled, or all in-game items have already been fully claimed.
7. Is this voucher code transferable or exchangeable for cash?
The voucher code is transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. How do I claim this in-game item?
Only participants with a valid PUBG Mobile player ID can redeem the in-game item using the voucher code at the PUBG Mobile Redemption Center: https://www.pubgmobile.com/en/event/redeemcode/.
- This promotion is only applicable to the purchase of PUBG Mobile 1,500UC, 3,000UC and 6,000UC from the Google Play Store.
- It is not applicable to other PUBG Mobile package deals or any items other than game credits.
- A minimum spend of RM100 or more in a single transaction.
- Only one claim can be made by one mobile number (MSISDN) during the campaign period.
- Only transactions/purchases made via Google Play Store with payment through CelcomDigi direct operator billing will be accepted.
Voucher codes for this campaign are limited and will be distributed to eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each voucher code is valid until 31st July 2025. Unused codes will be forfeited after the validity period.
