CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / CelcomDigi ONE Roaming Offer (Johor): Free Unlimited Roaming in Singapore for 12 Months

1. Who is eligible for the Free Unlimited Roaming in Singapore?
All new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G & CelcomDigi ONE customers that sign up for the plan in any of the CelcomDigi Store, Celcom Bluecube, Celcom Certified Partner stores, Digi Store, Digi Store Express or Celcom or Digi dealers in Johor state from 20 September 2024 onwards will be eligible for the offer.
Below are the eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G & CelcomDigi ONE plans:
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160
- CelcomDigi ONE Lite
- CelcomDigi ONE Pro
- CelcomDigi ONE Ultra
Note: Existing CelcomDigi customers that change their plan to eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / CelcomDigi ONE plan will not be eligible for the offer.
2. How will I get the offer?
You will get the offer right away upon successful line activation. The offer will be valid for 12 months.
3. Does the offer come with a contract?
No, once you get the offer, you will continue to enjoy it for 12 months.
4. Is there a fair usage policy (FUP) on the unlimited roaming?
Yes, there is a daily FUP of 2GB on the unlimited roaming quota. Once the 2GB is utilized, your speed will be throttled to 1Mbps.
5. What will happen if I buy a roaming pass when I go roaming in Singapore?
The quota from your purchased roaming pass will be utilized first. Once the roaming pass quota has been fully utilized, it will switch to the Free Unlimited Roaming quota.
6. What will happen to the offer if I change my plan afterwards?
If you are upgrading to a plan with higher monthly fee, the offer will be carried forward. If you are downgrading to a plan with lower commitment fee, the offer will be dropped.
7. Will I lose the offer if I sign up for a contract afterwards?
No, you will continue to enjoy the offer for the remaining duration of the 12 months.
