1. What is this promotion?
Spend RM100 or more at Garena Top-Up Center (https://shop.garena.my/) using Celcom and get RM5 cashback! T&Cs apply.
2. When is the campaign period?
From 1st July to 31st July 2025, while stocks last.
3. Who is eligible for this promotion?
Celcom subscribers who received this RM5 Cashback Campaign notification, except the following:
- Postpaid subscribers with overdue bills or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Prepaid subscribers with insufficient prepaid credits or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Gamers without a Garena player account or ID.
4. Is this promotion applicable across all platforms?
No. This promotion is only valid for participants who purchase Garena Shells via Garena Top Up Center and pay using Celcom billing.
5. What are the selected Garena Shells denominations for this campaign?
The selected denominations are 1,300 Shells, 2,600 Shells, 3,900 Shells and 5,200 Shells.
6. How will I know if I received the RM5 cashback?
Participants who meet all campaign criteria will receive a successful cashback SMS within 2 hours. If you do not receive the SMS, it means either the campaign requirements were not met, or the cashback quota has already been fully claimed.
7. Does this cashback amount transferable or exchangeable for cash?
No. The cashback amount is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. How do I claim the cashback?
No manual claim is required. If the Participants meet all the campaign requirements and the cashback quota has not been fully claimed, the RM5 cashback will be automatically credited into the Participant’s billing account.
- Eligible postpaid users will receive the cashback as a bill rebate in the current billing cycle.
- Eligible prepaid users will receive cashback as prepaid credit.
9. Are there any caps or limitations to this campaign?
- This promotion is only applicable to the purchase of 1,300 Shells, 2,600 Shells, 3,900 Shells and 5,200 Shells from the Garena Top Up Center.
- It is not applicable to other Garena deals or any items other than the denominations listed above.
- A minimum spend of RM100 is required in a single transaction.
- Only one cashback claim is allowed per mobile number (MSISDN) during the campaign period.
- Only transactions made via the Garena Top Up Center using Celcom Billing are eligible.
- The cashback quota is limited and will be distributed to eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. What is the validity period of the cashback?
The validity of the RM5 cashback depends on your account type:
- Postpaid users: The cashback will be reflected as a rebate in the current billing cycle.
- Prepaid users: The cashback will be credited as prepaid credit and will follow the validity period of your prepaid credit balance. Please ensure your line remains active to utilize the cashback.
