1. What do I enjoy with this offer? 

You will enjoy FREE one (1) month iQIYI Standard VIP access with 5G high-speed Internet when you subscribe to StreamMORE iQIYI.

2. When is the campaign period?

17th June 2025 to 11th August 2025.

3. Who is eligible to enjoy this offer?

This offer is available to all CelcomDigi Postpaid and Prepaid customers who subscribe to StreamMORE iQIYI add-ons for the first time from 17th June to 11th August 2025.

4. How do I sign up for StreamMORE iQIYI?

You can subscribe via Celcom Life or MyDigi app, or walk-in to the nearest CelcomDigi stores to get our friendly staff to assist you.

5. I have an existing iQIYI direct billed subscription purchased via various payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to this StreamMORE iQIYI offer using the same mobile number?
Please take note, if both subscriptions are active (StreamMORE iQIYI and your existing subscription purchased via other channels), your existing subscription will continue to charge concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to perform cancellation on the other subscription. Refer to this link for steps.  
 

6. I subscribed to CelcomDigi iQIYI bundle. When will the bundle expire?  

• Internet Pass Quota Validity: The Internet pass quota subscription will be valid until 30th day at the same time of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited. 
• iQIYI Access Validity: The iQIYI+ access validity period will follow 31st days calculation after the subscription date. Samples as shown below:

7. What happens to my StreamMORE subscription at the end of the first month?

Your StreamMORE subscription will auto-renew at the end of 31 days to ensure that your streaming experience is uninterrupted unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal happens. After the initial first month, StreamMORE subscription will resume to normal price upon renewal.

8. What happens upon full utilization of the quota in this offer?

Upon full utilization of the quota in these passes, subsequent usage will draw from available monthly quota.
