Discontinuation of Friends and Family Special Rate for Digi Postpaid Customers

1. When will the Friends and Family special rate for call and SMS be discontinued?
Effective from 18th September 2024, the special rate to call and SMS your friends and family under your Friends and Family list will be discontinued. All calls and SMS made will be charged according to the call and SMS rate of your Digi Postpaid plan.
2. Who is impacted by the Friends and Family special rate discontinuation?
All Digi Postpaid subscribers that have registered the mobile number of their friends and family, under the Friends and Family list.
3. What are the call and SMS rate for my Digi Postpaid plan?
Your call and SMS rate may differ according to your Digi Postpaid plans. Please refer to the table below:
