Discontinuation of Reload and Bill Payment Channels

This is an important notice for Celcom customers.


As we regularly update our services to provide a better experience to our customers, the following channels will be permanently discontinued effective 17-Dec-2024. Please take note of the changes below:

1. Permanently Discontinued Channels
The following channels will no longer be available nor process your request.

Prepaid
  • Reload via SMS to 28888
Postpaid
  • Bill payment via SMS to 28882
  • Bill payment using 'Pay via PIN' in Celcom Life app


2. Available Channels
Kindly find the available methods below to continue accessing our services and stay connected.
