All services on MyDigi Subscription will be discontinued on 31 October 2024.
1. Why are the services on the MyDigi subscription being discontinued?
We regularly review our service offerings to enhance your experience. Following this review, all services under MyDigi Subscription will be discontinued on 31 October 2024.
2. Which services will be discontinued, and what will happen to my subscription?

Kaspersky | Existing subscribers will continue their subscription as usual. |
HSVPN | Existing subscribers will continue their subscription as usual. |
Jom Tuisyen | Existing subscribers will continue their subscription as usual. |
Viu | Last renewal and subscription will be on 31 October 2024, and access to the service will be for the next 30 days. |
Digi Shield | Last renewal will be on 31 October 2024, and service will continue for the next 30 days. |
Pelindung Peranti | Last renewal will be on 31 October 2024, and service will continue for the next 30 days. |
FWD Insurance | Last renewal will be on 31 October 2024, and service will continue for the next 30 days. |
Office365 | Service will continue 12 months from the last subscription date. |
Caller Tunes | Service renewal through MyDigi subscription will end after 31 October 2024. Existing subscribers through this channel will need to resubscribe through Caller Tunes app. |
Digi Music | Service will discontinue after 31 October 2024. |
Ibadat | Service will discontinue after 31 October 2024. |
3. When will the services be discontinued?
The service will be discontinued on 31 October 2024 and will no longer be available afterward.
4. What will happen to my subscription if I subscribe or renew on 31 October 2024?

5. Can I still access the subscribed service after termination?
It varies for each service. Please refer to the table above.
6. Will I receive a refund for my remaining subscription period?
No, refunds are not applicable. You will continue to enjoy full access to the service for the 30-day validity period following your latest subscription or renewal.
