Product Overview:

PhoneFreedom 365 is a device programme that offers customers better deals on the latest flagship phones. Depending on eligibility, Digi subscribers can enjoy:

Zero upfront payment
Zero interest on monthly installments with options of 24-month or 36-month

Customers enjoy PhoneFreedom 365 when they pair it with a Digi Postpaid plan, from as low as Digi Postpaid 60.

2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY

- Malaysians citizens with MyKad only (MyTentera IDs and foreigners are not eligible)
- Existing Digi subscribers:

- Non-Digi subscribers:

Port-in from other telcos
New line registration

Eligible customers must allow a Biometric thumb screen to be conducted during registration. The thumb screen must match to complete the sign-up.

For credit card transactions:

Auto-billing subscription is mandatory throughout the contract period.
Third-party credit cards are not allowed

Note: Corporate individual and SME lines are not eligible for PhoneFreedom 365.

3. DEVICE ADVANCE PAYMENT

Device Advance Payment is ONLY applicable to those who are not eligible for the zero upfront feature.
Customers may need to pay Device Advance Payment, subject to the customer’s eligibility.
