Please be informed that port-in requests via Digi Store Online (DSO) have been discontinued effective 13th November 2024.
For port-in requests, kindly use the following channels:
- For Celcom subscribers who would like to port-in to Digi, please visit our CelcomDigi Store.
- For customers who would like to port-in to Celcom from other mobile network operators, you may port in online via:
- Postpaid: https://www.celcomdigi.com/postpaid
- Prepaid: https://www.celcomdigi.com/prepaid
