Discontinuation of VIU RM3/week & RM5/month Bundles on MyDigi Subscription

VIU RM3/week & RM5/month bundles on MyDigi subscription will be discontinued on 31 October 2024.

 

1. Why are the VIU RM3/week and RM5/month bundles being discontinued?
We regularly review our service offerings to enhance your entertainment experience. Following this review, VIU RM3/week and RM5/month bundles will be discontinued on MyDigi subscription effective 31st October 2024.

 

2. When will the VIU RM3/week and RM5/month bundles be discontinued?
The bundles will be discontinued on 31st October 2024 and will no longer be available afterward. 

 

3. What will happen to my active VIU subscription with auto-renewal?
The auto-renewal for all active VIU subscriptions under the RM3/week and RM5/month bundles will be canceled on 31st October 2024. You will not incur any charges for the service after this date.

 

4. What will happen to my subscription if I subscribe or renew on 31st October 2024?
If you subscribe or renew on 31st October, you will have access to VIU content for the 30-day validity period from your latest subscription or renewal date. You will not be charged for the following month after 1st November.

 

5. Can I still access VIU content after this discontinuation?
Yes, you can access VIU content through the VIU app as long as it is within the 30-day validity period from your latest subscription or renewal date.

 

6. Will I receive a refund for my remaining subscription period?
No, refunds are not applicable. You will continue to enjoy full access to VIU content for the 30-day validity period following your latest subscription or renewal.

 

7. Are there alternative subscription options for VIU?
Yes, you can subscribe directly via the VIU website at https://viu.com.

 

8. Will a new service replace the VIU bundle on MyDigi subscription?
Stay tuned for better offers from us in the future.
