1. How does the Digi Roam Like Home/Monthly Freedom Add-Ons renewal work?

Roam Like Home is renewed automatically according to the billing cycle of your Postpaid plan. The standard validity for Roam Like Home Monthly is from 00:00 AM on the start date till 23:59PM on the end date of your bill cycle, Malaysia time. If the subscription is done anytime within the billing cycle, the validity of Roam Like Home Monthly will start from the time of subscription.

Once the free data roaming quota is completely consumed, data browsing will be suspended. Customers will not be charged RM39 Daily Internet Roaming. Customers can continue browsing the Internet by purchasing a Roam Pass while roaming. For roaming calls, standard roaming charges will apply if the Roam Like Home package roaming minutes are exhausted. Roaming Pass details can be found here.

2. How is Roam Like Home usage deducted?

Roam Like Home roaming voice minutes will be deducted based on:

Calls made to any country while roaming in the eligible countries.
Calls received from any country while roaming in the eligible countries.

Roam Like Home IDD minutes will be deducted based on:

Calls made to eligible countries from Malaysia
