Discontinuation of Auto-Reload for Digi Postpaid Principal

1. When will the auto-reload feature be discontinued? 

Effective from 1 September 2024, all Digi Postpaid Principal lines will no longer be able to auto-reload to their Digi prepaid lines by charging to their postpaid bill. 


2. What will happen to my existing prepaid line(s) that is currently enjoying the auto-reload feature? 

The last auto-reload will be triggered in the month of August 2024. Subsequently, prepaid subscribers are advised to reload via alternative reload channels. 


3. What are the available reload methods for a Digi prepaid subscriber? 

All Digi prepaid users may perform self-reload on our digital channels or assisted channels. For more info and details these channels, visit here. 


4. Is there another option to have hassle free experience in maintaining my connectivity? 

Yes. You may switch your prepaid line to CelcomDigi Postpaid family plan. For more details on CelcomDigi postpaid family plans, visit https://www.celcomdigi.com/postpaid/family
