What are the plans and services for Spark?

1. What are the Mobile plans available with Spark?   

Spark offers three mobile plans designed to match different usage needs:

- To experience 5G, use a 5G-compatible device and use your device within 5G coverage areas
- All data is high-speed and can be used for tethering.

2. Do Spark plans come with automatic renewal?

Yes, plans auto-renew every 30 days. You also have the option to disable the auto-renew anytime in the app.

3. If I have used up my plan’s internet, can I purchase a Booster add-on? 

Yes, you can. As long as you have an active mobile plan, you can purchase a Booster through the app. 

Below are the Boosters available with Spark plans:

- You can buy multiple Boosters, and they will stack.
- Booster validity follows your mobile Plan’s validity period.

4. How do I activate international roaming and what plans are available?

Activation:

• Ensure your base plan is active.
• Purchase a Roaming Pass in the Spark app (up to 60 days in advance).
• The pass activates automatically on first internet use overseas.

Overseas usage:
What you can do:

• Use the internet with a Roaming Pass.
• Receive SMS, with or without a Roaming Pass.(as long as your phone is connected to the overseas partner network)

What you cannot do:

• Make or receive calls
• Send SMS

5. Can I pre-purchase a Roaming pass and is there a limit?

Yes. You can pre-purchase a Roaming Pass up to 60 days before your trip. The pass will auto-activate when you start using data overseas. There is no limit to how many passes you can buy. Extra passes will stay inactive and will only activate after your current pass ends or its quota is used up.

Note: Any inactive pass not used within 60 days will be forfeited and non-refundable.

6. Does Spark support Voice over LTE (VoLTE)?

Yes. Voice over LTE (VoLTE) allows you to make and receive calls over the 4G network instead of older 2G/3G networks.

With VoLTE, you can enjoy:

• High Definition (HD) call quality
• Faster call setup and connectivity
• Seamless switching between voice and video calls
• Simultaneous voice and data usage without interruptions

Things to note:

• Supported on latest devices (check with your phone manufacturer).
• Requires 4G coverage and the latest software update.
• Does not consume your mobile data.
• Usually activated automatically, but you can enable it in Settings > Mobile Network > VoLTE (steps may vary by device).
• Availability while roaming depends on the partner network.

7. Does Spark support Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi)?

Yes. Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) allows you to make and receive calls or SMS over a Wi-Fi connection when mobile signal is limited or unavailable.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Works on compatible devices with Wi-Fi Calling enabled.
• Seamless call continuity when moving from weak 4G coverage to a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
• Only available for customers with VoLTE active lines and supported devices.
• You can disable VoWiFi anytime in your device settings if not required.
• Usable on any Wi-Fi connection (subject to Wi-Fi provider’s router settings).
• Not available while roaming.
• If your line is barred, suspended, or terminated, VoWiFi services will not be accessible.
• If you change devices, VoWiFi remains provisioned on your line, but functionality depends on device compatibility.
