Spark Plan Refresh & New Plans

We have refreshed our Spark plans to give you even more value, alongside the launch of our brand-new Bola Unlimited promotional plans featuring unlimited RTMKlik streaming!

Important: Bola Unlimited plans are promotional offers available until 31 July 2026 and may not be available for subscription or renewal after this date.

Plans Refresh

1. What's changing with Spark plans?

Starting from 25 June 2026:

• Spark Lite replaces Spark Mini at a lower price 
• Spark Standard now includes 80GB data and 300 voice minutes 
• Spark Plus now includes 400GB data and 1000 voice minutes 
• New Bola Unlimited plans are now available with unlimited RTMKlik streaming 

2. When will the updated Spark Standard and Spark Plus quota take effect?

The upgraded data and voice quotas will automatically apply on your next successful plan renewal. Your current active cycle will remain unchanged until it expires. No manual action is required from existing customers.

3. What happens to existing Spark Mini users?

Existing Spark Mini users can continue using their current plan if Auto-Renew remains active.

Existing benefits, discounts, vouchers, and bonus quota will continue based on eligibility.

4. What happens if I stop Auto-Renew for Spark Mini?

If Auto-Renew is disabled or your plan expires, you may no longer be able to continue using Spark Mini or retain its existing benefits. You may need to subscribe to the latest available plans instead.

Spark First

5. What is Spark First?

Spark First is a limited-time onboarding offer designed for eligible new Spark customers.

It includes:

• 20GB (4G/5G) 
• 100 voice minutes 
• RM15 
• 30-day validity 

6. Who is eligible for Spark First?

Spark First is only available for new customers who register a Spark account for the first time on or after 25 June 2026. Existing customers are not eligible for Spark First.

7. Can I switch back to Spark First if I change to another plan?

No. Once you change from Spark First to another plan, you will not be able to resubscribe to Spark First again. To continue enjoying Spark First, we recommend keeping Auto-Renew active with a valid payment method linked to your account.

Bola Unlimited Plan

8. What are the Bola Unlimited plans?

Bola Unlimited plans combine your regular Spark plan benefits with unlimited RTMKlik streaming.

Available options:

9. What is covered under the unlimited RTMKlik streaming benefit?

The unlimited streaming benefit is applicable to RTMKlik streaming only. Usage on other apps, websites, or services will consume your available plan quota.

10. Does RTMKlik streaming support hotspot?

No. Unlimited RTMKlik streaming does not support hotspot usage.

11. How long is the unlimited RTMKlik streaming benefit valid?

The unlimited RTMKlik streaming benefit follows your plan validity and remains active as long as your plan is active.

12. What happens to my Bola Unlimited plan after 31 July 2026?

• If you are already on a Bola Unlimited plan: You will enjoy the unlimited streaming benefits until the end of your current plan validity. 
• When your plan renews after 31 July 2026: If Auto-Renew is enabled, your plan will automatically transition to the standard version without the RTMKlik add-on
  • Spark First – Bola Unlimited ➡ Renews as Spark First (RM15)
  • Spark Standard – Bola Unlimited ➡ Renews as Spark Standard (RM25)
• If you scheduled a plan change to Bola Unlimited: If your scheduled change takes effect after 31 July 2026, the change will not be processed as the promotional plans will no longer be available. To avoid service interruption, please select an available Spark plan before your next renewal.

13. Where can I manage my Spark plan?

You can manage your plan and Auto-Renew settings directly in the Spark app.
