1. What is Spark?
Spark is an eSIM-only, app-powered experience, digital-first mobile experience built around customer freedom and their ever-evolving digital lifestyle.
Here’s what makes it different:

2. How do I log in to the Spark app?
For New Customer, easily create your account using an email.
For existing customer, use your registered email address and password to login. You do not need to register for new account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, just tap “Forgot your password” on the login screen. You’ll receive a link via email to reset it and create a new password.
3. How many lines can I have?
You can activate and manage up to 5 active eSIM lines per Spark account. If you currently using a physical SIM with us, it’ll count as one of your 5 active lines.
4. How do I manage multiple lines?
- Open the Spark app
- Tap Manage Lines (top right)
- Select the line you want to manage
5. Can I transfer ownership of a line to another person?
No. Transfer of ownership transfer currently not supported.
6. What are the new mobile plan offerings under Spark?
Below are the available mobile plans:

7. Is there a discount for Spark plans?
Yes, there is! To welcome Malaysians to this new experience, users who activate Spark between now and 31 December 2025, will enjoy RM5 off every month for 12 months.
8. How do I use my Spark Voucher?
To redeem, apply the voucher before completing your payment. You’ll enjoy an RM5 monthly discount for up to 12 months, as long as your plan is renewed on or before the expiry date.
To keep it seamless, just turn on Auto-Renew with a valid payment method.
Note: The voucher is valid until 31 December 2025, limited to one (1) redemption per account, and applicable to Spark Mini, Standard, and Plus plans.9. What if I change my plan on the next 11 renewals or my payment fails?
If you change to a different plan during your renewal period or your payment is unsuccessful, the RM5 discount will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
To receive the full benefit, keep your plan unchanged and your payment method active.10. Is there a contract with Spark?
No.
11. How can I pay for my plan?
You can make payments through digital channels via:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Online banking
- eWallets: Boost, Touch ‘n Go, Grab Pay, Alipay
Note: Physical reload vouchers are not supported. 12. Can I forward calls with Spark?
Yes, Spark supports:
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Note: Always Forward” is currently not supported.
Tip: Use the full country code when entering numbers (e.g., +6019XXXXXXX).
13. What if I lose my phone?
Log in to the Spark app with your email address and password on your new device. Go to Activate SIM > Select My existing SIM> eSIM to reactivate your line.
14. How do I activate a new line with Spark?
All new lines are activated using eSIM only. Spark is fully digital and does not support physical SIM cards for new registrations.
15. How do I know if my device supports eSIM?

16. Can I port my number into Spark?
Not just yet. Number port-in isn’t available for now. But you can get started instantly with a brand-new Spark number. Just sign up, activate your eSIM within minutes, and you’re ready to go. No stores visit, no SIM cards, just instant connection.
17. I want to port out to another telco. What should I do?
We’re sorry to see you go. Here’s how to do:
- Go to the telco you want to switch to
- Tell them you’re porting out from Spark
- They’ll handle the process
- You’ll receive a confirmation email — click Yes to approve
19. Can I use Spark eSIM on a smartwatch?
No, Spark eSIM is not supported on smartwatch devices at the moment.
19. How can I get help if I face issues?
If you need help, just go to Help in the Spark app. You can chat with us live or submit a support ticket anytime.
