I am a Formerly Yoodo Customer, what should I do?

1. Do I need to take any action to move to Spark?
No. Your account will be migrated. All balances, credits, and points are carried over automatically.
2. Do I need to download a new app?
No, just update your app to the latest version and log in with your existing registered email and password.
3. What happens to my existing number and mobile plan?
Your current plan will stay active based on what you’ve selected.
If Auto-Renew is turned on and your payment method is valid, it’ll renew automatically. No action needed.
If your payment fails or you’ve turned off Auto-Renew, your plan will simply end, and you’ll have the flexibility to explore and pick from Spark’s latest plans right in the app.
4, What are the new mobile plan offerings under Spark?
Below are the available mobile plans:

5. What happens to my existing Credits and Points balance?
Your Credits and Points remain intact and will be seamlessly transferred into Spark. You can continue to use them as usual. Please note that all transferred Points will expire on 31 December 2025.
6. What happens to my existing Roam Like Home (RLH) and IDD passes?
You can continue to use them until their expiry date.
7. What happens to my Add-On and Roam Like Home rewards (Buy10 Free1)?
These programs have been discontinued. If you’ve already earned rewards, you can redeem and use them until 31 December 2025. After that, unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
8. What happens to the referral program (Refer2Earn)?
The Refer2Earn program has ended. However, we are exploring new ways to reward our community — stay tuned in-app for updates.
9. When do my Points and Rewards (Buy10 Free1) expire?
All Points and earned rewards remain valid until 31 December 2025. Any unused balance will be forfeited after this date.
10. How can I get help if I face issues?
If you need help, just go to Help in the Spark app. You can chat with us live or submit a support ticket anytime.
11. I’m a Formerly Yoodo customer, Is replacement of physical SIMs still allowed?
Yes. If you lose or damage your physical SIM, you can request a replacement in the Spark app or alternatively switch to eSIM.
12. I’m a Formerly Yoodo customer, Can I switch between eSIM and physical SIM?
Existing user may switch from a physical SIM to eSIM anytime however switching from eSIM back to physical SIM isn’t available, as Spark is designed to be an all-digital experience.
13. Can I still top up with cash payment at 7-Eleven?
No. Cash top-ups are no longer supported. Alternatively, you can make payment through digital channels via:
- Credit/Debit card
- Paypal
- Online banking
- eWallets: Boost, Touch ‘n Go, Grab Pay, Alipay
