Pre-Order Samsung Galaxy S25 Phones

1. When can customers do the pre-order?
Customers may start to pre-order from 23rd January 2025 at 10:00 a.m. until 13th February 2025 at 11:59 p.m. via the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.
2. What is the benefit when customers sign up during pre-order?
Customers can sign up for the Samsung Galaxy S25 pre-order with the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above.
However, customers who sign up for the following selected CelcomDigi plans will receive the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 as a bundle, while stocks last.

- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160
- CelcomDigi Postpaid One Pro
- CelcomDigi Postpaid One Ultra
3. Can I still pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series after 6th February 2025?
Yes, the pre-order period will end at 11:59 p.m. on 13th February 2025. However, the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 bundle will only be available until 11:59 p.m. on 5th February 2025.
4. Who is eligible to pre-order?
- All customers with new registration (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions)
- Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar
5. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No, a customer with an existing contract is not eligible for this plan.
6. Is the device guaranteed if the customer places a pre-order?
The device is guaranteed. Full payment is needed during the placement of pre-order according to the package price.
7. How to pre-order?
- Step 1: Log on to CelcomDigi website: https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/samsung
- Step 2: Choose your preferred phone model and plan
- Step 3: Pay total amount for the phone (phone price + upfront payment).
8. What is the payment method for pre-order via online?
Payment can be made in full via credit or debit card at the time of the pre-order.
9. How will the pre-ordered device reach the customers?
The device will be sent to the customer via courier. The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, delivery method, and items ordered.
10. When will the customers receive the device?
Deliveries will start from 14th February onwards. You will receive an order tracking number via email once your delivery is on its way.
11. Do the customers have the option to enroll in Phone Care services?
Yes, customers may enroll in Phone Care at CelcomDigi Store, Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, Celcom Certified Partner and Digi Store Express.
12. Where can I trade in my device?
You can trade in your device by downloading the latest CompAsia app and having it diagnosed and evaluated through the app. Please note that trading in devices in-store is not available at the moment. Stay tuned for further updates.
