Digi eSIM

1. What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM that eliminates the need for a physical SIM card. With eSIM, you can store multiple eSIMs on the same device and use two phone numbers at the same time. And it’s more secure - someone can’t remove the physical SIM card if your device is lost or stolen. In just a few steps, you are ready to make calls, send messages and browse the web.
2. How to sign-up for eSIM?
All Digi subscribers currently able to make a 'Change SIM' request via Digi Store / Digi Store Express would be eligible for Digi eSIM.
Existing Digi Prepaid, Digi Postpaid or Digi Broadband subscriber
If you are an existing Digi user with a physical SIM card, you can get an eSIM by walking into the nearest participating Digi Store / Digi Store Express and request for a SIM replacement (change SIM) for eSIM.
Non-Digi user
If you are a non-Digi user wishing to apply for a Digi eSIM and retain your old number, you must first complete your port-in / MNP process before you can apply for a Digi eSIM. Once your port-in is successful, walk into the nearest Digi Store / Digi Store Express to request to change SIM.
There is no additional cost to apply for an eSIM.
Note: For new Digi Prepaid, Digi Postpaid or Digi Broadband sign-ups, you can request to switch your physical SIM to eSIM only after you have completed registration.
3. Do I have to pay for the eSIM?
