1. What is RM10 Rebate for Easy360 campaign all about?

We are offering limited time offer of RM10 rebate for Easy360 during the contractual period for new and existing subscribers of selected CelcomDigi plans:

• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160
• CelcomDigi One Pro
• CelcomDigi One Ultra

2. When is the offer period for the campaign?

The campaign commences from 3 December 2024 until 28 February 2025.

3. Who is eligible for the campaign?

All Malaysians citizens are eligible for the campaign.

a. Existing CelcomDigi subscribers

• Change of Plan
• Prepaid-to-Postpaid

b. Non-CelcomDigi subscribers

• Port-in from other telcos
• New line registration

4. What will happen once the offer ends?

All customers who sign up during the campaign period will enjoy RM10 bill rebate throughout Easy360 contractual period.

5. When will the RM10 rebate bill deduction from my bill after I sign up Easy360 with the eligible rate plan?

Bill rebates shall be reflected in subscriber’s second monthly bill.
