Using your eSIM with Yoodo (by CelcomDigi)

1. What happens if I lose my phone?

• For eSIM users:

When you receive your new device, log in to your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, go to 'Activate a SIM', select 'eSIM', and then choose 'Replace an existing SIM'.

• For physical SIM users:

If you are using a physical SIM, log in to our website (or app if you have another device) and request a replacement SIM.

2. I’m currently on a physical SIM but I would like to switch to an eSIM using my existing line. How do I do it?

Everything must be done within the app.

From the main menu, navigate to 'Activate a SIM' > select 'eSIM' > Replace an existing SIM. This process also applies if you have lost your device and need to replace the eSIM.

3. How many eSIMs can I activate?

You can activate multiple eSIMs on your device, but only one can be active at a time. You can change your active eSIM status in your device settings.

However, you can only activate one Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) eSIM on your device at a time. If you have an active Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) eSIM and want to activate another eSIM, you will need to remove your current active eSIM first. Additionally, please note that your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) account can have up to 5 lines only.

4. What devices can use eSIM?

You can use an eSIM with the following devices:

• iPad Pro (2018 onwards)
• iPad Air (2019 onwards)
• iPad (2019 onwards)
• iPad Mini (2019 onwards)

Google

• Pixel models starting from Pixel 3 and onwards
  Note: Only United Kingdom and United States of America device’s region of origin supported.

• P50 Pro (Requires eSIM phone case)
