Sign up for new CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan + Router) and you can enjoy monthly rebates of RM10 on your Home WiFi plan for 12 months. 


2. When is the campaign period? 

The campaign commences on 13 August 2024 until 19 September 2024.


3. Who is eligible for this offer? 

Customer who sign up for new CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan + Router) within the campaign period. 


4. How do customer subscribe to this offer? 

Customer can walk in to any Celcom Bluecube, Digi Stores, Celcom Certified Partners & Digi Store within the Sarawak to enjoy to this offer.  


5. Where can I check the 5G coverage area? 

You may check here or visit the nearest Celcom or Digi outlets to check whether your address falls within the 5G coverage area. 


6. What are the monthly fees for 5G Home WiFi only in Sarawak?

Any monthly rebates may take up to 60 days to start being reflected in your fibre bill.The monthly rebate RM10 is for 12 months only. All rebates can be found in  your monthly 5G Home WiFi bill


7. I just got my first bill. Why don’t I see any rebates? 

Rebate will be granted within 60 days from service activation date. Hence in the first month, you will still need to pay the full amount. But rest assured if that happens, rebates will be reflected from 2nd month bill onwards. 


8. If I have subscribed the CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi Plan Only, will I enjoy this rebate offer? 

No, the RM10 rebate offering will be given only to customers who subscribe to CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan+ Router) during promotion period only. 


9. Is there a deposit fee? 

Yes. An additional RM500 is required upon registration for foreigners.


10. Is there an advance or upfront payment fee? 

For CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan + Router), registration is subject to a RM288 upfront payment fee. The upfront payment fee will be rebated as RM12 over a period of 24 months and credited to your bill based on the billing cycle. 


All fee is payable via cash or credit/debit card. 


11. What if I would like to cancel my subscription? 

You will be charged a penalty of the remaining contract months x monthly fee or a minimum of RM500 (whichever is higher) if you choose to terminate your service before the end of the contract period. 


12. What if I would like to cancel my subscription? 

Termination of service is only available at Celcom Blue Cube & Digi Stores.
