General FAQ


1. What is the CelcomDigi Home Referral Program? 

This referral program rewards Referrers for successfully referring their friends and family to CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Fibre plans using their unique promo code.

 

2. What is a Referrer and Referee?

A Referrer is someone who has registered themselves as a referrer at referral.celcomdigi.com and shares their unique promo code with their friends and family to use when purchasing or signing up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or any Fibre plans.

A Referee is someone who is purchasing or signing up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Fibre plan for the first time and enters in the unique promo code from their Referrer during the checkout or sign-up process.


3. What is a “successful referral”?

A successful referral is when a Referee has purchased CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or signs up for a CelcomDigi Fibre plan and has input their Referrer’s unique promo code during the check out or sign-up process. Only Referrers and Referees of a successful referral are rewarded.

 

4. What is the program period?

Referral period: 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. 

  • You can register as a Referrer at referral.celcomdigi.com to get your unique promo code to share with your friends and family within this duration.


Activation period: 1 October 2024 to 15 January 2025.

  • This is when Referees can purchase and/or activate their new CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or Fibre plan using their Referrer’s unique promo code.


Fulfilment period: 7 October 2024 to 31 January 2025.

  • For each successful referral, the Referrer and Referee will receive their reward within two (2) weeks once the Referee has activated their CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or Fibre plan.

 


Referrer FAQs


1. Do I need to be an existing CelcomDigi customer to be a Referrer under this program?

No, you need only register yourself as a Referrer at referral.celcomdigi.com to get your unique Referrer promo code.

 

2. Is there a maximum number of successful referrals allowed per Referrer? 

Each Referrer may refer as many friends and family as they like. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals per Referrer.

 

3. What do I get for each successful referral of CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Fibre?

For each new purchase or sign-up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Home Fibre with your unique referral code, you will get RM150 Touch ‘n Go voucher upon activation of the new plan.

 

4. If my friend or family is currently already on CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi and wish to switch to CelcomDigi Fibre plan (or the other way around), will I still get the reward?

No. This program rewards Referrers and Referees for new purchases or sign-ups only. Upgrades, downgrades or change of plans from existing Celcom or Digi or CelcomDigi Fibre will not be recognized as a successful referral. See General FAQ 3 for the definition of a successful referral.

 

5. My friend has already made a purchase or signed up with my promo code, but I have yet to receive our reward. What should I do?

Upon activation of the new CelcomDigi plan, you will receive their reward within two weeks. The Touch ‘n Go PIN will be sent via WhatsApp to the mobile number provided during registration. Do note that for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi, activation only happens after delivery and for CelcomDigi Fibre, activation happens after installation.

 


Referee FAQs


1. What do I get for using my friend/family member’s unique referral promo code when checking out or signing up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Home Fibre?

If you are newly purchasing or signing up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Home Fibre, you will get RM50 Touch ‘n Go voucher upon activation of the new plan when you check out or sign-up using a referrer promo code.

 

2. If I am currently already on CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi and wish to switch to CelcomDigi Fibre plan (or the other way around), will my referrer and I get the reward?

No. This program rewards Referrers and Referees for new purchases or sign-ups only. Upgrades, downgrades or change of plans from existing Celcom or Digi or CelcomDigi Fibre will not be recognized as a successful referral. See General FAQ 3 for the definition of a successful referral.

 

3. Where do I input my referrer’s unique promo code when purchasing or signing up for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi or CelcomDigi Fibre?

  • When purchasing CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi, enter in your referrer’s promo code at the “Voucher Code” field on the check out page.
  • When signing up for CelcomDigi Fibre plan, enter in your referrer’s promo code at the sign-up page provided by your Referrer. Otherwise, you can also visit cd.link/referral to sign up for CelcomDigi Fibre.

 

4. I wish to sign up for a CelcomDigi Fibre plan with my Referrer’s promo code, but I cannot find the field to enter in the promo code. What should I do?

To sign up for CelcomDigi Fibre plan with a promo code, go to cd.link/referral or the URL provided by your Referrer.

 

5. I have already activated my CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi/CelcomDigi Fibre plan, when will I receive my reward?

Upon activation of the new CelcomDigi plan, you will receive their reward within two weeks. The Touch ‘n Go PIN will be sent via WhatsApp to the mobile number provided during registration.
