Trade-In Campaign during iPhone 16 Phones Launch

1. What is this trade-in campaign about?

CelcomDigi customers can now conveniently trade-in their smartphones via (a) the CompAsia app in-store, or (b) the CelcomDigi Trade-In web portal by requesting a pick-up from their location. During this trade-in offer, customers can trade-in their old smartphones and receive value of up to RM4,450. During this campaign period, customers will be able to enjoy extra cash of up to RM250 on top of their device value when they trade in selected phones.

2. What is the duration of the campaign?

The trade-in offer will run from 13 September 2024 to 21 October 2024.

3. What are the types of extra cash offers and how do I enjoy them?

• Extra Cash of up to RM250

• Eligible for all customers who trade-in the eligible devices based on below device list.
• Customers are not required to purchase a new device with CelcomDigi in order to enjoy this particular offering of Extra Cash up to RM250.

4. How will customers receive payment for their device?
Customers will receive the value of their trade-in device credited into their specified bank account, up to 7 working days from the point of handing over the device.

5. Where can I trade in during this campaign period to enjoy the Extra Cash offers?

• Participating Celcom, Digi and CelcomDigi stores nationwide (excluding airport outlets).
• Schedule a pick-up from your location via the CelcomDigi Trade-In microsite, subject to coverage by CompAsia.
