This is available for all Prepaid Raja Kombo 5G customers from 2nd September 2024 – 21st October 2024.
2. How do I sign up for RK35 Nepal National Day Promo?
You can subscribe via self-service channel (MyDIGI, UMB) and assisted channel (MSA) only.
3. Upon subscription, when does the promo expire?
It will expire at 11:59 PM on the 30th day after subscription. Any unused IDD minutes will be forfeited.
4. What else do I need to know?
The 20 IDD minutes are only applicable to call to Nepal.
5. Is Promo automatically renewed upon expiry?
Yes, this pass will be automatically renewed upon expiry.
6. (If applicable) What happens upon full utilization of the IDD minutes in this offer?
Upon full utilization of the IDD minutes in these passes, you will be charged according to our IDD call rates. Please refer to our website CelcomDigi for details. Alternatively, you can buy the Prepaid 5G 35 (Raja Kombo) Pass again to enjoy the free IDD minutes.
