FAQ: Fibre/5G Home WiFi with CelcomDigi ONE Plan

1. Can I get both the 300Mbps fibre and 5G Home WiFi with router on CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra plan?
No, you can only choose to either get the 300Mbps fibre or 5G Home WiFi with router.
2. How do I enjoy the 300Mbps fibre on the CelcomDigi ONE plan?
If you have chosen to get the 300Mbps fibre, it will be fulfilled via a rebate on your eligible fibre plan for 24 months as long as you stay on the CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and keep your fibre plan active.
After 24 months, this rebate will be auto-renewed as long as you continue to stay on CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra.
If you currently do not have a fibre plan with us, our staff will assist to check fibre coverage in your area. If there is coverage available, our staff will proceed to activate CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and submit the fibre activation request. Once your fibre is installed and activated, you will enjoy the 300Mbps fibre at no extra cost right away! Do note that you will need to sign up for a CelcomDigi Fibre 300Mbps plan on a 24-month contract.
If you currently have a fibre plan with us, our staff will help to change your postpaid plan to CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and change your current fibre plan to the eligible fibre plan. Once your plan has been changed, complete your current fibre bill cycle and kindly clear out any outstanding bill. Your rebate will be applied from the 2nd bill onwards.
For both scenarios, do note that CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps, CelcomDigi Fibre 100Mbps and non-CelcomDigi fibre plans will not be entitled for the fibre rebate.
If you would like to sign up for a fibre plan with higher speed, you will need to pay additional RM20/month for 500Mbps, and RM110/month for 1Gbps.

Important Note: The fibre plan contract and CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan contract are two standalone contracts. For example, if you change your plan from CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 260 plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 160 while your fibre contract is still active, you will lose the fibre rebate but your fibre contract will remain intact. Any breach of the contract terms and conditions will incur the early termination fee on your fibre contract.
3. How do I enjoy the 5G Home WiFi with router on the CelcomDigi ONE plan?
If you have chosen the 5G Home WiFi with router, it will be fulfilled via a rebate on your eligible 5G Home WiFi plan for 24 months as long as you stay on the CelcomDigi ONE Plan and keep your 5G Home WiFi plan active. You will get to enjoy the 5G Home WiFi at no extra cost right away! Do note that you will need to sign up for a CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan with router on a 24-month contract.
If you currently have a 5G Home WiFi with router plan with us, our staff will help to change your postpaid plan to CelcomDigi ONE. Once your plan has been changed, complete your current 5G Home WiFi bill cycle and kindly clear out any outstanding bill. Your rebate will be applied from the 2nd bill onwards.

You will need to walk to the nearest store. Our staff will help to you to terminate the plan only 5G Home WiFi plan and activate the 5G Home WiFi with router plan. If you are currently on a contract for the plan only 5G Home WiFi, you will need to pay the termination fee.
Do note that the 5G Home WiFi with router plan will have a 24-months contract.
5. I am currently on the standalone 5G Home WiFi with router, how do I get the 5G Home WiFi rebate once I have signed up for the CelcomDigi ONE plan?
You will need to walk to the nearest store. Our staff will help you to change your standalone 5G Home WiFi to the ONE plan 5G Home WiFi.
6. My fibre activation failed but I am on CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra? Can I downgrade my plan since I am not enjoying the 300Mbps Fibre?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan with no charge if you do not have an active contract on your plan. However, if you have taken a device contract or a Freedom Add-Ons contract, you will incur an early termination charge if you downgrade your plan.
Alternatively, you can choose to get the 5G Home WiFi with router which comes with unlimited 5G/4G data and free router.
7. I am not getting 5G coverage at my house with the 5G Home WiFi. Can I return the router and terminate the plan without any penalty?
No, you may not. CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi supports both 4G and 5G connection. If 5G coverage is not available, you may still enjoy high-speed connection via 4G LTE.
8. I have opted for the 5G Home WiFi with device with my CelcomDigi ONE plan. Can I change to a 300Mbps fibre at a later date?
No, you may not. If you would like to change from a 5G Home WiFi with router to a 300Mbps fibre, you will need to terminate your 5G Home WiFi and pay the penalty before you can switch to a 300Mbps fibre.
The same rule would apply if you opted for the 300Mbps fibre and would like to change to 5G Home WiFi with router.
9. Do I need to pay any device upfront if I opt for the 5G Home WiFi with CelcomDigi ONE plan?
No, 5G Home WiFi device upfront will be waived if you opt for the 5G Home WiFi with CelcomDigi ONE plan.
