CelcomDigi iPhone 16 Series Pre-Order

1. When can customers start to pre-order? 
Customers may start to pre-order from 13 September 2024, at 8:00 p.m. to 19 September 2024, at 11:59 p.m. via the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.

2. What are the benefits for customers who pre-order the iPhone 16 series?

• Customers who pre-order the iPhone 16 series will receive a complimentary RM300 CelcomDigi Online Shop voucher.
• Customers will receive the voucher via the MyDigi or Celcom Life app within 14 working days after their iPhone 16 model is delivered.
• The voucher can only be used to purchase an iPhone 16 or iPhone 16 Plus as an outright with no-contract via CelcomDigi Online Shop starting from 20 September 2024.
• The voucher is valid until 30 November 2024, and it cannot be used for any in-store purchases.

3. I registered my interest on the CelcomDigi website before pre-ordering. Do I get any exclusive rewards?

Yes, you will receive a complimentary 30W power adapter if you registered your interest and pre-ordered with us using the same email. Please note, this exclusive reward is limited to 1,000 units, while stocks last.

4. Who is eligible to pre-order?

• All customers with new registration (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions).
• Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar.

5. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
A customer cannot sign up for this phone contract with the same mobile number if he is already contracted. However, the customer can choose to sign up with a new line.

6. Is the device guaranteed if the customer places a pre-order? 
The device is guaranteed. Full payment is needed during the placement of pre-order according to the package price.

7. How to pre-order?

Step 1: Visit Apple’s page on CelcomDigi’s website via https://www.celcomdigi.com.my/devices/apple

Step 2: Choose preferred phone model and plan

Step 3: Pay total amount stated for the phone [Phone price + Upfront payment (if any)].

8. What is the payment method for pre-order via online? 
Payment can be made via credit or debit card according to the stated amount in question 7, step 3 upon pre-order.

9. How will the pre-ordered device reach the customer?
The device will be sent to the customer via courier. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery and items ordered.

10. When will the customer receive the device? 
Customer will receive the device 20 September 2024 onwards.

11. Can customer trade in their old smartphones?

CelcomDigi customers can trade in their old smartphones via the following methods: 

• Walk into any Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, and CelcomDigi store nationwide. 
• Initiate the trade-in online via the CelcomDigi Trade-In page and request a pick-up of their trade-in device from their location.
