How to activate my new SIM?

Activating New Number
- Celcom Postpaid
- Check your email titled "Your Order Is On Its Way".
- Scan the QR code in the email to activate the SIM card.
- Insert the activated SIM card into your phone.
- Celcom Prepaid
- Download the Celcom Life app.
- Open the app and select 'Prepaid Self-Registration' under the 'Do More with Celcom Life' section.
- Follow the instructions given in the app to verify your ID and scan the barcode on the SIM pack.
- Insert the SIM card & wait for an SMS confirmation of successful SIM card activation.
- Digi Postpaid & Prepaid
- Your new SIM will be automatically activated within 1 hour after delivery. You can insert your new SIM after this time period.
Switching to CelcomDigi
Important: Insert your new SIM after you have lost connection to your current service provider.
- Celcom Postpaid & Prepaid
- Check your email titled "Your Order Is On Its Way".
- Scan the QR code in the email to initiate your switch to Celcom.
- Look out for a port-out confirmation SMS from your current service provider & follow the instructions to reply.
- Once you have lost connection to your current service provider, insert your new SIM and start connecting.
- Digi Postpaid & Prepaid
- Look out for a port-out confirmation SMS from your current service provider and follow the instructions to reply.
- Once you have lost connection to your current service provider, insert your new SIM and start connecting.
