How to get a SIM replacement?

You can request for a physical SIM replacement at the following locations:


Please ensure that your account is active with no outstanding bills before initiating the request. The request for a physical SIM replacement can only be made by the registered account owner, who must be present at the store with their NRIC. 

 

SIM replacement can be done due to the following reasons:

  • To replace a faulty SIM card
  • To replace a faulty eSIM
  • To replace a SIM card due to lost and stolen

 

Charges

The following charges apply for a physical SIM replacement:

 

Celcom

Digi

Postpaid

RM10

To be charged in bill

RM10

Pay at the counter or kiosk

Prepaid

RM10

To be deducted from credit balance*

RM10

Pay at the counter or kiosk

Please ensure that you have sufficient credit balance to proceed with the request.
