Spark is CelcomDigi’s new fully digital, eSIM-only mobile subscription plan, designed to deliver simple, transparent, and flexible connectivity. With subscription-based plans starting from just RM15/month, Spark offers data-rich options on 4G and 5G, bundled with voice minutes, all managed digitally via the Spark app.

Product Details

Spark offers monthly subscription plans with fixed data quota and bundled voice minutes. Plans renew automatically every 30 days, with charges deducted from your registered Spark payment method.

Boosters Add-On – Anytime

Spark Boosters give you the flexibility to add more data, calls, or SMS anytime via the Spark app. They do not auto renew, can be purchased multiple times, and follow the validity of your current plan.

Fees & Payment


1. How does payment work?
 
Spark plans auto-renew every 30 days, with fees charged to your registered credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard).


2.  What if payment fails?

If your card is invalid or has insufficient funds, your subscription will be suspended.


3. What other payment methods can I use?
For one-time plan or Booster purchases, you can also pay via:

  • eWallets: Boost, Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Alipay 
  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal

How to sign-up Spark

  • Download the Spark App via Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei gallery
  • Create your account with your email.
  • Select your preferred plan -Mini, Standard, or Plus.
  • Activate your eSIM instantly with the Spark app.
  • The app is available on Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei gallery.

 

Spark Lifecycle

Lifecycle Status 

Description 

ActivePeriod 
(30 Days) 

Your Spark service is active once a Mobile Plan is purchased, providing 30 days of calls and internet access.

Grace Period 
(60 days) 

When your plan expires, your service enters a 60-day Grace Period. You can still receive incoming calls and SMS, but you cannot make outgoing calls, send SMS, or use mobile data. To maintain service, your plan must be renewed within this period.

Termination 

If no renewal occurs by the end of the Grace Period, your Spark service will be automatically terminated.

 

Data Utilisation Precedence

Your Internet will be utilized based on the following order of priority:

  1. Freebies Quota (e.g. promo/bonus quota)
  2. Monthly subscription Internet (including any Boosters you’ve purchased)
