How does Spark Voucher Works

1. How do I redeem a Spark voucher? 

You can redeem your voucher in the Spark app: 

Step 1: Log in to your Spark account 

Step 2: Select an eligible Spark plan

Step 3: Choose your voucher code at checkout 

Step 4: Complete your payment 

Once payment is successful, the voucher will be applied automatically. 

2. When will I see my voucher discount? 

• If you are buying a plan now, the discount will be shown during checkout before payment.
• For subsequent renewal months with auto-renew turned ON, the discount will be automatically applied on your renewal date when the payment is charged. 

The discount will only apply if the payment is successful. 

3. How do I keep my voucher active? 

To continue enjoying your discount: 

• Stay on the same eligible plan 
• Keep auto-renew switched ON 
• Maintain a valid payment method (e.g. credit or debit card) 

If a renewal fails or you change your plan, the voucher will stop, and the discount will no longer apply. 

4. Why did my plan renewal fail after I redeemed a voucher? 

Your renewal may fail if:

• The voucher expired before your renewal date 
• The same voucher was redeemed on another number under the same account 

Each voucher can only be redeemed once per account and applied to one mobile number. 

To avoid issues, ensure the voucher is still valid and not already used on another number before your renewal date. 

5. Can I use more than one voucher on my mobile number? 

No. Only one Spark voucher can be active per mobile number at any time. Redeeming a new voucher will replace your existing voucher immediately. The previous voucher cannot be restored. 

6. How many times can I redeem a voucher? 

Each voucher can be redeemed once per account, It applies to one mobile number (MSISDN) 

Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. 

7. What are the current Spark vouchers? 

Below are the list of vouchers: 

1. RM8 off your Spark mobile plan 
2. Up to 3 consecutive months of savings 
3. Valid for Spark Standard and Spark Plus 
4. Redemption ends 13 April 2026
