Scheduled Port-In and Port-Out System Upgrade on 13-Nov to 15-Nov

This is an important notice for CelcomDigi customers.

Please be advised that all port-in and port-out requests will be temporarily unavailable from 8:00 a.m. on 13-Nov-2024 to 9:00 a.m. on 15-Nov-2024, due to a scheduled system upgrade.

1. Temporarily Unavailable Channels

During this period, the following channels will not process any port-in or port-out request:

Online Channels
In-Stores
  • Celcom Online Store (COS)
  • CelcomDigi Online Store (CDOS)
  • CelcomDigi Webpage
  • CelcomDigi Store
  • Digi Store
  • Celcom bluecube


You can resume port-in and port-out requests from 9:00 a.m. on 15-Nov-2024 when services are back online.

 

2. Permanently Discontinued Channel

Port-in requests via Digi Store Online (DSO) will be permanently discontinued from 8:00 a.m. on 13-Nov-2024 onward.


For any port-in requests from 9:00 a.m. on 15-Nov-2024 onwards, please use the following channels:

  • For Celcom subscribers who would like to port-in to Digi, please visit our CelcomDigi Store.
  • For customers who would like to port-in to Celcom from other mobile network operators, you may port in online via:

Reminder: CelcomDigi will never ask for your OTP or any other sensitive information through unsolicited calls or messages, pertaining system upgrade. If you receive such calls or texts, please ignore and report to CelcomDigi.
