How do I check my switching (port-in) status?

For those who have submitted your port-in request online, the porting process will begin after you have successfully received your new SIM. The delivery time for the SIM varies depending on the delivery area as outlined below:
Delivery Areas | Celcom | Digi |
Within Klang Valley | 1-2 days | Minimum of 3 days |
West Malaysia (outside Klang Valley) | 2-3 days | Minimum of 3 days |
East Malaysia | 3-5 days | Minimum of 4 days |

After submitting your request to switch, it may take up to 48 working hours (Monday - Sunday, 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.) for your switch to be successful. However, it may take longer if you’ve submitted your request the day before, or on a public holiday.
