Discontinuation of Digi Music Play

1. Why is Digi Music Play service being terminated? 

We are constantly reviewing our services to provide the best experience for our customers. As part of this review, we’ve decided to discontinue Digi Music Play from the EasyAdd channel to focus on bringing new and improved entertainment services.

2. When will Digi Music Play service be terminated? 

The service will be officially terminated on 1st October 2024. After this date, customers will no longer have access to Digi Music Play service.

3. What happens to my subscription? 

Your subscription to Digi Music Play will automatically be canceled once the service is terminated. You will not be charged for the service after the termination date.

4. Will I get a refund for my unused subscription?

If you’ve already been billed for a subscription period that extends beyond the termination date, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact customer service for assistance.

5. Can I still access the music I downloaded from Digi Music Play? 

After the service is terminated, you will no longer have access to the music you downloaded or streamed via Digi Music Play.
