Discontinuation of Digi Shield and Pelindung Peranti Phone Protection Services

Digi Shield and Pelindung Peranti phone protection services will be discontinued on 31 October 2024.

1. When will both the services end? 

• Final Renewal: Subscriptions will renew one last time in October 2024 according to your renewal cycle. 
• Coverage Ends: Services will remain active until the end of your November 2024 subscription cycle. After that, claims will no longer be accepted. 
• Last Claim Date: The final date for all claims is 30 November 2024. Please note that all subscription cycles will conclude before this date.

For example, if your subscription cycle ends on 20th November, that will be the last date to submit for claim.

2. What is the alternative to phone protection service? 

For your next device purchase, you may subscribe to CelcomDigi Phone Care to keep your device protected, simply request to swap or replace your device for any reason. Visit the CelcomDigi website for more information.
