1. What is Disney+ Hotstar?
Disney+ Hotstar is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star. Disney+ Hotstar offers an ever-growing selection of exclusive premieres of originals, including feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series, and short-form content.

3. Which device is compatible with Disney+ Hotstar?
Disney+ Hotstar is available on an extensive list of internet-supported mobile devices, tablets, web browsers and smart devices:

7. Am I eligible to purchase these one-time passes?

8. How do I subscribe to a CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundle?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these bundles?
Yes, you will receive a SMS upon successful subscription and a separate SMS on log in detail for Disney+ Hotstar access. The SMS will be sent to the principal mobile number.
If you did not receive the SMS, you may still attempt to login to Disney+ Hotstar application. If login failed, visit our get help page at https://help.celcomdigi.com.
10. How do I access my Disney+ Hotstar account?
You can login via the OTP sent to your CelcomDigi mobile number upon login. Please refer to question 12 for more details.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same mobile number. Please contact CelcomDigi Help Centre for help.
12. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Disney+ Hotstar?
On your desktop browser:
Please follow the steps below to activate your Disney+ Hotstar account:
- Go to disneyplushotstar.com and select ‘Subscribe Now’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser.
- Enter your email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your email (this step may be skipped).
- If it’s your first time logging in to Disney+ Hotstar, fill in your registration details. Click on ‘Create account’.
- Choose the content rating for your profile.
- Select your preferred content language.
- Start streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app:
- Download the Disney+ Hotstar application.
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application.
- Enter your email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your email (this is a skippable step).
- If it’s your first time logging in to Disney+ Hotstar, fill in your registration details. Click on ‘Create account’.
- Choose the content rating for your profile.
- Select your preferred content language.
- Start streaming!
On your living room devices:
- Open Disney+ Hotstar app on your living room device.
- Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to log in.
- Enter the OTP sent to your number.
- You are now logged in to your living room device.
13. I subscribed to CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundles. When will the bundle expire?
Internet pass quota validity:
The Internet Pass quota subscription will be valid until 11:59 P.M. on the 30th day of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited.
Disney+ Hotstar’s access validity:
The Disney Hotstar access validity period will follow calendar month calculation, with expiry being the same day of following month, or last day of following month, whichever is earlier. Samples as shown below:

14. Can I purchase the same CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass multiple times?
No, multiple purchases and subscription of the CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundle pass is not allowed.
15. I subscribed to the CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass. What will happen if I terminate my line?
Any unused internet quota will be forfeited and your access to Disney+ Hotstar will be revoked with immediate effect, you will not be able to access Disney+ Hotstar with immediate effect.
16. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
You can purchase CelcomDigi one-time passes or subscribe to monthly passes with sufficient Internet quota to continue enjoying content on Disney+ Hotstar.
17. I have an existing Disney+ Hotstar subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundles using same the mobile number?
Please take note that if both Disney+ Hotstar subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.

18. I have multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers, can I update my Disney+ Hotstar login to a different number?
No, Disney+ Hotstar access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers can only login to Disney+ Hotstar via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a new CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to purchase a new CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass using the new mobile number via the Celcom Life/ MyDigi app.
19. Can I use my CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
20. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to a Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass?
Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled passes. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar bundled pass and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.
21. Can I use my CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundled passes quota while on roaming?
No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
22. I have initiated Disney+ Hotstar account deletion. Can I revert the account deletion?
Reversal of account deletion is possible if request is raised within 7 days of account deletion.
23. I have further enquiry or issue with CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar bundle subscription. Where can I get help?

24. I am currently subscribed to CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar Bundle and I clicked on the ‘View Benefits' button in the Disney+ Hotstar app. What will happen if I complete the transaction via the ‘View Benefits’ button?
If you complete a transaction via the ‘View Benefits’ button on the Disney+ Hotstar app, this will be recognised as a direct purchase with Disney+ Hotstar. You will be charged concurrently with the CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar subscription.
To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.
25. What are the terms of my access to Disney+ Hotstar?
By subscribing to Disney+ Hotstar, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Disney+ Hotstar, the customer (you) further agree and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
