1. When are the Google Pixel 9 Phones launching? 

The Google Pixel 9 Phones launch starts on 22nd August 2024, from 10:00 a.m. onwards. Purchase can be made via the CelcomDigi website, CelcomDigi Store, Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, Celcom Certified Partner and Digi Store Express. 

2. What is the benefit when customers sign up Google Pixel 9 Phone during the launch?

Customers will receive complimentary Google Premium Services at no additional cost. Please refer to the respective phone model below for more details:

3. Who is eligible to order Google Pixel 9 Phones during launch? 

• All customers with new registration (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions).
• Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar

4. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
 A customer cannot sign up for this phone contract with the same mobile number if he/she is already contracted. However, the customer can choose to sign up with a new line. 

5. How to purchase the Pixel 9 phones?

Customer may walk into any of our CelcomDigi Store, Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, Celcom Certified Partner and Digi Store Express. Alternatively, you may sign-up online:

• Step 1: Visit Google’s page on CelcomDigi website via https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/google 
• Step 2: Choose preferred phone model and plan
• Step 3: Pay total amount stated for the phone [Phone price + Upfront payment (if any)]. 

6. What is the payment method for online purchase?
Payment can be made via credit or debit card according to the stated amount in question 5, step 3 upon checkout.
