Google Pixel 9 Phones Launch Trade-In Campaign

1. What is this campaign about?

Customers can enjoy a trade-in value of up to RM1,400 with CelcomDigi when they purchase a Google Pixel 9 phones via Easy360. Customer can walk in to any CelcomDigi stores, Digi Stores and Celcom bluecube nationwide or via online through CelcomDigi Trade-In website.

2. What is the duration of the campaign?
The trade-in offer will run from 22nd August 2024 to 16th September 2024.

3. How can I enjoy this trade-in offer?

• Extra cash up to RM1,100

• Sign-up: Customers are required to first sign up for either a Google Pixel 9 or Google Pixel 9 Pro XL contracted CelcomDigi Easy360 plan within the campaign period.
• Initiate trade-in: Start the trade-in process for a mobile device by visiting CelcomDigi.
• Receive quotation: Follow the necessary steps to get a quotation for your device value and the corresponding Extra cash amount (RM700 for Google Pixel 9 or RM1,100 for Google Pixel 9 Pro XL).
• Input details: Enter the mobile number associated with the contracted CelcomDigi Easy360 plan.
• Complete trade-in: Schedule a pick-up from your location or visit one of our participating stores to finalize the trade-in process.

• Additional Extra cash up to RM300
  • Eligible for existing Celcom, Digi or CelcomDigi customers who trade-in the eligible device based on device list. Customers are not required to sign up for a Google Pixel 9 or Google Pixel 9 Pro XL contracted CelcomDigi Easy360 plan to enjoy Extra cash offer of up to RM300.
  • Initiate Trade-In: Start the trade-in process for a mobile device by visiting CelcomDigi.
  • Receive Quotation: Follow the necessary steps to get a quotation for your device value.
  • Input Details: Enter the personal details.
  • Complete Trade-In: Schedule a pick-up from your location or visit one of our participating stores to finalize the trade-in process.

4. How will customer receive payment for their device?
Customer will receive the value of their traded-in device credited into their specified bank account, up to 7 working days from the point of handing over the device.

5. Where can I trade-in during this campaign period?
