1. How do I pay via cash at 7-Eleven stores?
To pay via cash at any 7-Eleven store, follow these steps:
- Open your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app
- Go to the 'Payment' tab
- Choose top up
- Insert the top-up amount
- Select payment method (cash payment at 7-Eleven)
- Show the barcode to the cashier for scanning
- Pay the top-up amount to the cashier in cash
- Your Credits are successfully topped up! (Kindly wait for the amount to be reflected in your Credits balance within 15 minutes)
2. How do I update my credit/ debit card details?
To update your credit/ debit card, log in to the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app and go to 'Payments' on your dashboard. If you would like to add or change your credit/ debit card, click on the '+'. You can click on 'Remove' to remove unused credit/ debit cards.
3. How do I remove my payment method/ card?
Log in to your app, go to the 'Payment' tab and choose 'Manage Payment'. You can add, change, and delete your default payment method.
4. Which eWallet are accepted for payment?
The following eWallet are accepted for topping up your Credits:
- Boost
- Touch ‘n Go
- Grab Pay
- Alipay
Once you have topped up your Credits, any payments made will automatically be deducted from your Credits (if your points balance is insufficient).
5. I’m entitled to a refund. When can I receive it?
We offer two refund options for you to choose from:
- Via Credits
- Via debit/ credit card
A refund via your Credits will take 1 working day to process. Once you receive an email from us, check your account to see the new amount reflected in your Credits.
A refund via debit/ credit card will take between 5 to 15 working days, depending on your bank's processing time. Once you receive an email from us, check your account to see the credited amount in your statement.
If your refund still hasn’t arrived after two months, please contact your issuing bank directly for further support.
6. How do I change my payment method/card?
Log in to your app, go to the 'Payment' tab and choose 'Manage Payment'. You can add, change, and delete your default payment method.
7. What if I never use my debit card for online services?
Some banks in Malaysia may need you to fulfill certain requirements for you to use your debit card for online purchases. Contact your bank to make sure, and then activate this service.
8. I can use my card to pay for other e-commerce services, but my payment failed with Yoodo. Why?
As a form of prevention against online fraud, some banks will require the account/ card holder to notify the bank when making a new purchase with a new merchant. This ensures that the card/ account holder is the same person making the purchase.
9. How do I pay for my SIM and service?
We accept payment via credit/ debit card, PayPal, online banking, eWallet (Boost, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and GrabPay), and cash (via 7-Eleven stores).
10. What is Auto-renew?
By default, your plan is set to automatically renew every month. Payment can be deducted from Points, Credits, or your card automatically (in this order of priority, subject to sufficient balance).
To make changes, navigate to the 'Home' tab in the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, select 'View Plan', and toggle off the 'Auto-renew plan' button. If disabled, your plan will cease on its expiration date. We recommend keeping auto-renewal on to benefit from special offers and ensure a seamless plan renewal experience.
11. Does the price include SST? Can I get a rebate?
Yes, it does! If you’re a Malaysian citizen, you will not be charged for SST as SST is only for non-Malaysians. The price change will be reflected in your bill upon payment.
12. Can I buy a top-up/ reload voucher?
Since we don’t have a physical store, we also don’t use physical top-up vouchers. You can use your credit/ debit card, PayPal, online banking, eWallets or pay via cash (at 7-Eleven stores) to make your purchase within the app.
13. How do I update my credit/ debit card details?
To update your credit/ debit card, log in to the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app and go to 'Payments' on your dashboard and choose 'Manage Payment'.
14. How do I check my usage and transactions history?
Log in to the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, and and go to ‘Payment’ tab, choose 'View All'.
15. How do I get a refund?
If you want a refund because an error or duplicate payment was made, please contact our customer care. Please note that there will be no refund for cash payments at 7-Eleven stores.
