1. What are Points?
Points are what you earn from Refer 2 Earn.
2. What can I do about my Points?
You can use Points to purchase data, SMS, voice, power pass, add ons, IDD and RLH passes.
3. What is the conversion rate for Points?
1 Point = RM0.01.
4. Will my Points expire?
As of now, there is no expiry date for your Points. If you have an active line, you can use them to redeem telco service products.
5. How can I check my Points transactions?
Click on the ‘Payment’ tab at the bottom of your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app dashboard. This will redirect you to the payment page, and you can find them under 'Transaction History'.
6. Can I do partial payment or redemption for Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) products by using Points?
No, you can’t do partial redemption with Points. It must be redeemed in full.
7. Can I transfer my Points to someone else?
Sorry, Points are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
8. How do I select Points to redeem products?
Your Points will be deducted first by default for your purchases.
9. What happens if I spend more than I have in my Points balance?
If you have sufficient credit in your Credits account, the amount will be deducted from Credits balance when you want to make a payment.
If your Credits balance is insufficient, and you have registered debit or credit card to your account, it will charge to your debit or credit card.
If you do not have a debit or credit card registered to your account, you will need to top up via online banking or other payment methods available.
10. What if I terminate my line and I still have balance in Points account?
Once your last remaining line is terminated after the 60 days grace period, any remaining points in your Points balance will have a fixed validity of 30 days before being forfeited. Your Point balance will not be forfeited if you have at least one (1) active line in your account.
11. Can I convert my Points to credit?
No, you can’t convert Points to credit.
