1. What are Credits?
Your Credits will be the default payment method if your points are insufficient. Payment will be deducted from your Credits automatically if you don’t have sufficient balance in your points.
2. What can I use my Credits for?
You can use your Credits to pay for transactions made on your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, such as paying for your monthly plan, purchasing data boosters, and more.
3. How do I top up my Credits?
You may top up your Credits by clicking on the ‘Top-Up’ icon on the ‘Payment’ tab and following the steps outlined. Payment can be made via your default payment methods (credit/ debit card or PayPal), online banking, Boost, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay or Alipay.
4. Does my Credits have any expiry?
As long as your account has at least one active Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) line, your Credit will remain valid with no expiry. However, if a user terminates their last remaining active line or has no active lines on their account, any remaining Credit in the user's wallet will have a fixed validity of 30 days before being forfeited.
5. What happens if I spend more than I have in my Credits?
If you have a debit or credit card registered to your account, the amount will be deducted from your card when you want to buy a plan, booster or add-on that costs more than the balance of your Credits.
If you do not have a debit or credit card registered to your account, you will need to top up via online banking or other payment methods available before you can make the purchase.
6. Can I cash out my Credits?
No, you can’t cash out your Credits.
