Paper Bill​s & E-Billing

1. How much do I have to pay for physical paper bill?

  • Celcom: Effective 1st May 2024, the monthly fee for Celcom summary paper bill will be revised from RM5 to RM10. The fees are as below:  
  • Itemized Bill: RM10/month or;
  • Summarized Bill: RM10/month

  • Digi: Physical paper bill subscription is RM10 per phone line per month for standard or itemized bills.

Important Note: You can also choose e-billing and receive your bills for FREE.


2. Why should I switch to e-billing?

We encourage Celcom and Digi Postpaid customers currently receiving paper bills to switch to e-billing to avoid regular paper bill fees. E-billing provides convenient and free access to view and download bills from anywhere, anytime.

 

3. I am currently on paper bill, how can I switch to e-billing?

  • Celcom:
Subscribe to e-billing by submitting a request to us here. Alternatively, you can also request for e-billing via Celcom Life app or by dialing 1111.
  • Switch to e-billing via Celcom Life app: 

Step 1: Log in to the Celcom Life app  

Step 2: Tap on the 'Usage' tab 

Step 3: Tap on 'Bill'  

Step 4: Enable e-billing 

Step 5: Confirm your details by inputting your email address 

Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’.


  • Switch to e-billing by dialing 1111:

Step 1: Dial 1111 on your phone  

Step 2: Press 1 for Mobile Phone  

Step 3: Press 2 for Billing Information  

Step 4: Press 3 for e-billing subscription 

Step 5: Verify your email address.

 

  • Digi:

Subscribe to e-billing by submitting a request to us here or visit the nearest Digi Store.
