1. What is a power pass?

Power pass offers a large high-speed Internet quota for a short period of time at a low price.

2. How many types of power pass are there?

There are three types of power pass that you can purchase: 

1. 100 GB for RM 2, valid for 1 hour 
2. 100GB for RM 5, valid for 3 hours
3. 100 GB for RM 10, valid for 12 hours

3. What is the difference between the three power passes?

The difference is only in their validity period - valid for 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours. Of course, the price is also different.

4. How do I purchase a power pass?

To purchase a power pass, you first need to have base data or booster data in your plan. Then, click on the buy button for power pass on your home screen and choose the power pass that you want. Your power pass will be activated right away, and you can keep track of it on your dashboard. If you do not have base data or booster data in your plan, you will not be able to buy the pass.

5. Can I purchase more than 1 type of power pass at a time?

Nope, you can only have one active power pass at a time. You can only purchase another power pass once the previous one has expired.

6. How long will my power pass last?

Your power pass will expire when the time limit has been reached. However, if your base plan expires before the time limit has been reached, the power pass will expire together with the base plan. For example, if you purchase a 100GB power pass for 60 minutes but your base plan expires in 30 minutes, your power pass will follow the base plan expiry and will only last for 30 minutes.

7. How do I keep track of my power pass?

Upon purchase of a power pass, a bar will appear in your power pass dashboard on the home screen which allows you to track your quota usage. You will also see the exact expiry time for your pass under the bar.   

8. Can I purchase more than one power pass?

Yes, you can purchase as many as you want in a day, but only ONE power pass can be active at a time. Users can purchase another power pass once the previous one has expired.

9. I had a 20GB YouTube add-on when I purchased power pass. Which data will be used up first?

Power pass data will always be used first, even if you have add-on(s).

10. Can I use my power pass while roaming?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Power pass is only valid for domestic use.

11. Can I use my power pass data for tethering?

Yes, there is no cap to how much data you can tether. The only limit to this is your power pass quota.

12. I’m on an unlimited plan, can I buy a power pass? Can I then hotspot with it?

Absolutely! You can buy a power pass (high-speed) on your unlimited Plan, and you can then use it as a hotspot.
