Renew Anytime

1. What is Renew Anytime?

Renew Anytime allows users to renew their base plan anytime, anywhere instead of having to wait for the end of their 30-day cycle. However, all your remaining balances will not be carried forward and will be overwritten. There will be no refund for your previous plan.

2. How do I use Renew Anytime?

1. Click ‘Change’ on your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app home screen
2. Click on ‘Change Plan’
3. Customize the plan that you want
4. Confirm the plan that you have customized
5. After confirming, you will be given the option to ‘Change plan now’ or ‘Change plan in # days’ (# is the number of days left for your current plan)
6. If you choose to renew now, you must acknowledge that all your Data/Voice/SMS will be forfeited.

3. Can I transfer my data/ voice/ SMS from my previous plan when I renew?

All the remaining data/ voice/ SMS in your previous plan will be forfeited when you renew your plan. This includes free add-ons that were claimed from Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) rewards, activation bonuses, and power passes. Only your roaming pass and IDD minutes will not be forfeited as they have their own expiry date.

4. My plan will auto-renewal before the start of this campaign. Will I be eligible to join the campaign if I renew my plan once the campaign has started?

Yes, you can. With Renew Anytime, you are now able to subscribe to a new base plan anytime, even if you just renewed moments ago.

5. What is the validity of the base data plan with this new feature?

It will remain for 30 days. The only thing that changes is that now you have the complete freedom to renew/ re-subscribe to a new base data plan whenever you choose.

6. What happens to the booster I bought yesterday if I’m going to renew a plan right now?

It will not be carried over and will be forfeited.
