2. What is the duration of this promotion? 

This promotion will run from 12.01 AM on 19 November 2024, until further notice.

3. Who is eligible for this promotion?

All existing users will be eligible to enjoy this promotion.

4. How can I enjoy the speed upgrade for my Unlimited data plan? 

If you currently have an active mobile line with an Unlimited data plan, you willl automatically enjoy the speed upgrade starting from 19 November 2024.

If you have a different plan, you may switch to an Unlimited data plan to enjoy up to 5X faster speeds. 

5. How can I get bonus data for my High-speed data plan?

5.1 If you are switching to a High-speed data plan: 

After selecting your preferred High-speed data plan, please ensure you have selected "Unlock FREE Bonus GB (5G/4G) Internet” before payment.

5.2 If you have already renewed your existing High-speed data plan before 19 November 2024, follow these steps: 

Step 1: In the CelcomDigi (Formely Yoodo) app dashboard, click "Change Plan"

Step 2: Select your preferred High-speed data plan 

Step 3: Select "Unlock FREE Bonus GB (5G/4G) Internet”. You may also select any add-ons if needed.

Once your data plan selection is complete, you can choose to apply your plan changes immediately, or later when your current plan expires. Please note there will be no refund for the payment already made for your existing data plan if you choose to apply the new plan changes immediately.
