3. My birthday is in January; when can I start to redeem the 2GB Birthday Reward?

You can start redeeming the 2GB Birthday Reward from January 1st until January 31st.

4. What is the validity of the 2GB Birthday Reward data?

The 2GB Birthday Reward data will be valid for 10 days. This 10-day validity extends beyond your billing cycle and the last day of your birthday month. 

5. Will my 2GB Birthday Reward data be utilized first, or my base data?

Your 2GB Birthday Reward data will be utilized first before your base data.

6. I have 5 lines in my account; can I redeem it for all 5 lines?

You can choose to redeem the 2GB Birthday Reward for only one active line in your account.

7. How do I redeem the 2GB Birthday Reward?

Follow these steps to redeem the 2GB Birthday Reward:

Step 1: Click the 'Claim Rewards' icon in your 'Home' tab

Step 2: Scroll to 'Birthday Reward' and click 'Claim Reward'

Step 3: Confirm and enjoy!

8. It’s my birthday month, and I fulfill all the eligibility criteria; however, the 'Claim Reward' button is not clickable. What should I do?
