FAQ: CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family & GadgetSIM Plan

1. Can I share the quota from my principal line to my family and GadgetSIM line?
No, the quota for each plan under the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan are only for individual line usage. However, do note that the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plan comes with at least 90GB quota and you have the option to choose a plan with unlimited quota while the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G GadgetSIM Plan comes with at least 30GB of quota.
2. I am an existing Celcom/ Digi customer with family lines under my account. Do I have to change my family lines to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plan if I change my principal plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan?
Yes, you are required to change all your lines to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plans.
3. I am an existing Digi customer with a GadgetSIM line under my account. Can I keep the GadgetSIM line if I change my principal plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan.
No, you will have to terminate GadgetSIM line before changing your current plan to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan.
Once you’ve done that, you can now add the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G GadgetSIM or CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G GadgetSIM Plus to your account.
4. I am an existing Digi Customer with family lines under my account. Why can’t I do a change of plan to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan on the Digi website?
At the moment, Digi Store Online does not support change of plan for accounts with family lines. Please walk-in to the nearest Digi or Celcom outlet if you would like to change your plan to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan.
5. Which primary plans are eligible to sign up for the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family SE as a supplementary plan?
The CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 60 SE and CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 & above plans are eligible to sign up for the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family SE as a supplementary plan.
Do note that Celcom Digi Postpaid 5G 80 & above plans will only be able to select the Postpaid Family SE as a supplementary plan from 14 March 2024 onwards.
