1. What is the CelcomDigi Fibre International Games Campaign offer?  

Sign up for CelcomDigi Fibre to purchase the Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV at only RM2,454 and enjoy free access to Sooka Premium for 6 months.  


2. How does this offer differ from the regular sooka offer? 

The 6-month Sooka Premium offer comes for free when you purchase a Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV with CelcomDigi Fibre. The Sooka Premium subscription also enables streaming on up to three devices at up to 1080p resolution in full HD.  


3. What is the validity and redemption period of the Free 6 months Sooka Premium offer? 

This offer is valid from the 18 July 2024 till 11 August 2024. All successful Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV purchases within this period will enjoy free access to Sooka Premium for 6 months. Redemption of unique voucher code needs to be completed within a week from receipt of unique coupon code.  


4. How long is my unique coupon code valid for before it expires? Do I need to activate it immediately? 

Your unique coupon code is valid for a week before it expires. It is best to activate it immediately upon receiving the coupon.


5. Upon activation, how long does it take for the Sooka Premium subscription to be effective? 

You should be able to access your free 6-month Sooka Premium account as the subscription is effective immediately upon activation.   


6. If I have an existing Sooka Premium account, can I also enjoy the free 6 months on my existing account?  

No, the coupon can only be used for accounts with no active subscription. If you have an active subscription, do register for a new Sooka Premium account to use these coupons.  


Eligibility:


1. Who is eligible to purchase this CelcomDigi Fibre International Games Campaign offer? 

New and existing CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers who purchase a Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV between 18 July 2024 till 18 August 2024.  


2. How and where can I purchase the International Games Campaign offer?  

Upon successful activation of CelcomDigi Fibre and successful payment of the Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV, you will receive an email within 2 working days confirming your eligibility for the Free 6-month Sooka Premium offer, along with a unique coupon code.  


3. Upon purchase, how do I access my 6-month free Sooka Premium?  


Step 1: Visit the sooka page at www.sooka.my/redeem . Please ensure this link is accessed via website on your laptop or mobile web.  

Step 2: You will be prompted to login. If you do not have an account, click 'Sign-up' and register for an account with your email address. 

Step 3: Enter your coupon code in the 'Coupon Code' column and click 'Redeem'. & Enjoy streaming your favourite content!

Payment:


1. What payment options do I have for purchasing the Samsung 65” Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV?

Delivery:


1. Can I change the delivery address once I’ve completed the purchase transaction?  

Once payment has been made, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. We kindly request that you carefully review and confirm the address before completing the transaction.


2. Will I receive the Samsung TV during my CelcomDigi Fibre service installation?

Termination:


1. What will happen to my add-ons if I decide to terminate my CelcomDigi fibre service?   

Even if you decide to terminate your CelcomDigi fibre service, you will still be able to retain your add-on devices. However, if you purchase via EPP, you are obligated to complete the payment with your respective banks.  



Refunds:


1. What is the process for requesting a refund if I decide to change my mind about my purchase?
